We offer free advice and information for people, who do not have a flat, who are in danger of losing their flat or who are in a comparable situation of need.
The team of our information centre consists of social workers, administration staff and volunteers.
What we do specifically:
- We offer individual advice in urgent situations of need – free of charge
- We connect people with institutions of further help
- We clarify if people have a right to receive social benefits
- We support people in difficult situations with local authorities and social benefit offices (e.g. Jobcenters)
We speak German and English.
Please bring a translator in case you are speaking a different language apart from German or English.
We are opened all the year round:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.00 and 12.00 am.
- You do not need an appointment.
- Please be here before 11.30.
On Wednesdays between 3 and 6pm we offer advice to people who are working.
